In Loving Memory
Albert and Gwendolyn Brookhouse lived life with a deep satisfaction found in family and friends. Living simply with love and laughter, they followed a biblical pattern to ‘owe no man.’ Enjoying the benefits of work and careers; they traveled and retired to a winter home in Florida.
They imparted to their children and grandchildren lessons important in life, lessons shown by example. Integrity in work and relationships, unconditional love for family, gratitude to God for the small things in life, and pleasure found in a bowl of blueberries! These were simple joys for Albert and Gwendolyn, lessons that are valuable today and can be passed on to every generation.

Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome.

As you begin your journey for higher education, remember that it will be the whole of a man or woman who changes the world. Education is necessary and it is a part of the journey, but at the end of the day it is only knowledge.
Seek wisdom and you will find treasures in life.
“And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea shore.” I Kings 4:29
